The 97 soft top had lived in the North of the country for most of its life and suffered from a lot of surface corrosion, although mechanically the 90 had been well maintained. The decision was made to sand blast the Frame and assess the condition. We ended up having to replace the rear cross member along with brake lines and numerous other parts! Here is the pictorial story of our refurbishment. Mechanically a new Alternator, Fuel Pump, Oil Cooler and Power Steering Lines, Brake Lines, calipur, Stainless Steel Hardware throughout, new Bushings etc. etc.
